Paroxysmal slow waves mark ictal networks

open access: yesEpilepsia, EarlyView.
Abstract Objective Epilepsy diagnosis and treatment monitoring are hindered by the episodic, heterogeneous expression of seizures and by normal‐appearing scalp electroencephalography (EEG) in many patients.
