Journal of Agronomy, 2015 A B S T R A C T This work aimed to identify the most effective method to estimate the coefficient of repeatability in genotypes of U. brizantha and predict the minimum number of measurements required for some qualitative traits. To evaluate the effects of priming, seeds of Urochloa brizantha cv. Xaraes were primed under different osmotic potentials (ys = 0.0; -0.5; -1.0 and -1.5 MPa) and temperatures (15 and 25°C) for 24, 48, 96 and 144 h.
