[Surgical treatment of pulmonary metastases of primary neoplasms of the urogenital tract].

The authors review the literature data concerning the surgical therapy of pulmonary metastases from genital and urinary tumours. In both cases a combined chemo-surgical treatment is able to increase longterm survival. Some personal cases successfully treated are reported.
