野生动物学报, 2018 为了解延边东北黑熊(Ursus thibetanus ussuricus)中细小病毒的感染情况,本试验利用 ELISA方法对2017年5月采自吉林省延吉市某两大黑熊养殖场的49份血液样品,进行血液流行病学调查,结果显示被检熊的 CPV 抗体阳性率为55.1%(27/49),调查结果初步表明CPV在东北黑熊中较为流行。本研究为以后更好地预防和控制熊细小病毒病提供依据。
