Racism, especially its Antisemitic version was early adopted by the Ustaše as an argument in its foreign policy. Persecution of Jews was considered not only as a part of internal policy, but also as a way to represent them and their state as an especially important and loyal member of the Axis, and as an important ally of the nazis.
