Adenosarcoma of the uterine corpus associated with ovarian thecoma

We describe a case of adenosarcoma of the uterine corpus associated with ovarian thecoma in a 67‐year‐old woman. The patient underwent surgery under a diagnosis of ovarian carcinoma. The 110 × 70 mm‐sized ovarian tumor was diagnosed as thecoma. The polypoid tumor of the uterine corpus which measured 30 × 15 mm was diagnosed as adenosarcoma.

Mullerian adenosarcoma of the uterine cervix.

Two cases of mullerian adenosarcoma with heterologous elements which occurred in uterine cervix and had a gross appearance of sarcoma botyroides are reported. Histologically, the tumours were composed of an admixture of benign appearing glands and a sarcomatous stroma, with heterologous elements consisting of skeletal muscle, bone and cartilage.

[Mullerian adenosarcoma and uterine adenofibroma].

Description of a case of a mixed Mullerian tumour of the body of the uterus, with histologically benign epithelial and connective components, developing in a 72-year-old woman. A cervical recurrence and perineal metastasis were solely leiomyomatous in terms of their structure and were associated with peritoneal carcinomatosis and pulmonary involvement.
