International Journal of Medical Research and Health Sciences, 2013Uterine didelphys represents a uterine malformation where the uterus is present as a paired organ. There is presence of double uterine bodies with two separate services, and often a double or septate vagina as well. We report a case of single pregnancy in the right sided uterine body of a didelphic uterus with cervical incompetence.
