American Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology, 1957Abstract We have presented 4 cases of uterine hemorrhage. In at least 3 cases where hemorrhage occurred after a normal delivery we were able to demonstrate by laboratory methods a hypofibrinogenemia with a more or less marked fibrinolytic activity.
