Recurrent massive uterine bleeding from a cesarean scar treated successfully by laparoscopic surgery
A cesarean scar can cause abnormal uterine bleeding including prolonged menstruation or postmenstrual spotting. Our patient showed massive uterine bleeding from a cesarean scar and needed blood transfusion for hemorrhagic shock.
