We present a case of hypercalcemia in a 79-year-old female likely secondary to uterine leiomyoma. To the best of our knowledge, hypercalcemia due to a benign tumor has only been described in five cases.

This review provides an update on the epidemiology, pathogenesis, and clinical/histologic features of cutaneous leiomyosarcoma. A benign uterine leiomyoma with disturbing appearance
Herein, we described a 53-year-old woman who underwent laparoscopic uterine myomectomy. The cut surface of the leiomyoma showed a grain appearance, instead of a whorled feature. The disturbing appearance was an unexpected surprise to the surgeon.

Abstract Uterine fibroids are the most common benign gynecological tumors, often causing heavy menstrual bleeding (HMB), anemia, and impaired quality of life. A fixed‐dose combination (FDC) of relugolix (40 mg), estradiol (1 mg), and norethindrone acetate (0.5 mg) was developed to address these limitations.
