Enhancing Super‐Resolution Spatial Transcriptomics Data by Transfer Learning

SpotZoomer employs a transfer‐learning‐based strategy to enhance the resolution of Visium data by leveraging available high‐resolution priors. The resulting super‐resolved maps enable sharper delineation of cell boundaries and more precise inference of cell–cell communication patterns that would otherwise remain obscured at native resolution.

Structural Colors from Modulated Topological Defects in Molecular Smectic Liquid Crystals

Rather than using dyes and pigments, nature produces the colors of some butterflies and beetles through optical interference phenomena. A flexible PDMS‐LATP polymer‐ceramic membrane creates lithium‐ion “superhighways” for rapid and selective extraction from complex brines. The amorphous PDMS matrix suppresses nonselective leakage and stabilizes the ceramic network, while LATP provides preferential Li+ conduction.

SPSB1 Promotes Subcutaneous Adipose Hyperplasia in Facial Port‐Wine Stains by Controlling HDAC1 Degradation and Stability Through Two Distinct Proteolytic Pathways

In PWS‐ASPCs, FOSL1 drives the expression of SPSB1. SPSB1, as part of the ESC complex, further binds to HDAC1 and promotes K29‐linked and K48‐linked polyubiquitination of HDAC1. These modifications facilitate the degradation of HDAC1 through the ALP and UPS pathways, respectively.
