Diclofenac analysis in natural waters using UV-visible absorption spectrometric method
In this work, we developed an UV-visible (UV-VIS) absorption spectrometric method for the quantification of sodium diclofenac in natural waters. Several UV-VIS absorption method parameters were optimized.

We reconstituted Synechocystis glycogen synthesis in vitro from purified enzymes and showed that two GlgA isoenzymes produce glycogen with different architectures: GlgA1 yields denser, highly branched glycogen, whereas GlgA2 synthesizes longer, less‐branched chains.

ERRFI1, a neural crest (NC)‐associated gene, was upregulated in melanoma and negatively correlated with the expression of melanocytic differentiation markers and the susceptibility of melanoma cells toward BRAF inhibitors (BRAFi).
