This study investigated associations of lymphocyte subpopulations, related cytokines, clinical phenotypes, and outcomes in systemic juvenile idiopathic (sJIA). Low percentages of NK and γδ‐T cells were observed in patients with sJIA, particularly during active disease, compared to healthy controls.
