Geraniin Alleviates High‐Fat Diet‐Induced Atherosclerosis in ApoE−/− Mice

open access: yesFood Science &Nutrition, Volume 13, Issue 7, July 2025.
GE treatment significantly reduced serum concentrations of lipids, oxidative stress damage, lipid deposition, and atherosclerotic plaque lesions in the ApoE−/− mice. A network pharmacology analysis indicated that the beneficial effect of GE treatment on atherosclerosis is closely related to its effect on oxidative stress, cell apoptosis, and ...

Bird's eye view of natural products for the development of new anti‐HIV agents: Understanding from a therapeutic viewpoint

open access: yesAnimal Models and Experimental Medicine, Volume 8, Issue 3, Page 441-457, March 2025.
Development of pharmaceutical drugs to cure HIV is crucial due to the current widespread epidemic. Nucleosides are the most effective anti‐HIV drugs, but their high toxicity and drug resistance limit their use. This review focuses on potential natural medicinal products for treating and managing HIV and AIDS.

Use of prenatal ultrasound findings to predict postnatal outcome in fetuses with lower urinary tract obstruction

open access: yesUltrasound in Obstetrics &Gynecology, Volume 64, Issue 6, Page 768-775, December 2024.
Abstract Objective Lower urinary tract obstruction (LUTO) is a chronic condition with a spectrum of outcomes. It is usually suspected prenatally based on ultrasound features (USFs). Given the unknown postnatal trajectory and the potential for significant morbidity and mortality, many families choose termination of pregnancy (TOP), often based on USFs ...

CLG promotes mTOR/ULK1 pathway‐mediated autophagy to inhibit OS development by inhibiting TRAF6‐mediated FLT3 ubiquitination

open access: yesCancer Science, Volume 115, Issue 10, Page 3466-3480, October 2024.
CLG treatment suppressed OS cell proliferation and facilitated autophagy‐dependent apoptosis concentration dependently. Autophagy inhibition ameliorated the CLG‐induced autophagy‐dependent OS cell apoptosis. CLG inhibited TRAF6‐mediated FLT3 ubiquitination degradation. CLG administration inhibited OS tumor growth in mice by inducing autophagy‐dependent
