Cairo University SPARC V2 (CUSPARC V2) processor

2016 28th International Conference on Microelectronics (ICM), 2016
The Cairo University SPARC (CUSPARC) processor is an IP embedded processor based on SPARC V8 ISA standard. It is fully developed at Cairo University and is the first Egyptian processor. CUSPARC was implemented on several FPGA and ASIC platforms. Its first ASIC version (CUSPARC V1) was implemented on Si in 2010 using IBM 0.13μm CMOS 8RF-DM process. This

BGI-RIS V2

2007
Rice serves as both a staple for over half of the world's population and a model organism for plants of the grass family. Beijing Genomics Institute (BGI) has long been engaged in rice genomic research: sequencing, assembly, information analysis and integration. Such intensive research results in public releases and biological applications. In order to

Site-selective spectroscopy of Ti2+V2+, Ti2+V2+V2+, Ti2+Ti2+V2+ and Ti2+Ti2+ spin clusters in magnesium chloride

Journal of Luminescence, 1992
Abstract At temperatures below 50 K magnesium chloride crystals simultaneously doped with Ti2+ and V2+ show broad-band luminescence from V2+ ions and sharp-line luminescence from Ti2+ ions and mixed Ti2+V2+ clusters in the near infrared. In addition to the known Ti2+ and V2+ absorption bands a double excitation of a Ti2+ and a neighbouring V2+ ion ...

Fine structure of V2+ energy levels in CsCaF3:V2+

Journal of Luminescence, 2004
Abstract Theoretical investigations of the fine structure of the lasing 4T2g level in a CsCaF3:V2+ crystal were carried out. The spin–orbit splitting of the 4T2g term in the static low crystal field was obtained from the Eisenstein matrices and using parameters (Dq, B, C, ζSO) appropriate for the 4T2g–4A2g zero-phonon line.

Case studies with Lurette V2

International Journal on Software Tools for Technology Transfer, 2006
Lurette is an automated testing tool dedicated to reactive programs. The test process is automated at two levels: given a formal description of the System Under Test (SUT) environment, Lurette generates realistic input sequences; and, given a formal description of expected properties, Lurette performs the test results analysis.
