Broadband Wireless Communication Systems for Vacuum Tube High-Speed Flying Train
A vactrain (or vacuum tube high-speed flying train) is considered as a novel proposed rail transportation approach in the ultra-high-speed scenario. The maglev train can run with low mechanical friction, low air resistance, and low noise mode at a speed ...

A vacuum-type soybean seeder powered by hand tractor for Indonesia’s local soybean has been developed to overcome soybean low productivity. The developed machine still has a weakness in the context of the suction channel system. This research was conducted to optimize the suction channel system efficiency, suction performance for bigger type of seed ...

TisIBP8, a fungal‐derived hyperactive ice‐binding protein, helps Caenorhabditis elegans survive dehydration. It localizes near cell membranes, reduces cell damage, and helps maintain membrane structure during drying. These results suggest that ice‐binding proteins can protect cells from dehydration stress as well as freezing stress.

Topographical Vacuum Sealing of 3D-Printed Multiplanar Microfluidic Structures
We demonstrate a novel way of creating three-dimensional microfluidic channels capable of following complex topographies. To this end, substrates with open channels and different geometries were 3D-printed, and the open channels were consecutively closed

Optimizing photoexcitation conditions for time‐resolved X‐ray solution scattering experiments
Time‐resolved X‐ray solution scattering (TR‐XSS) is a powerful technique to visualize how proteins change their structure in real time after light activation. Selecting the right laser photoexcitation conditions—fluence, excitation geometry, and sample refresh rate—is critical to maximize the experimental signal while avoiding unwanted side effects ...

Modelling the PbLi flow including tritium transport and permeation with GETTHEM
One of the main challenges to be addressed to achieve a reliable electricity production from the EU DEMO reactor is the realization of a closed fuel cycle, for which a suitable Tritium Extraction and Removal System (TERS) is required. One of the possible

Early Clinical, Imaging, and Pathological Characteristics of SRPK3/TTN‐Digenic Myopathy
ABSTRACT Objective SRPK3/TTN‐digenic myopathy was recently established as a skeletal muscle myopathy caused by digenic inheritance. This study characterizes the early clinical presentation of SRPK3/TTN‐digenic myopathy in one previously reported and seven newly identified pediatric patients.
