Complete Agenesis of the Dorsal Pancreas---a Case Report and Review of the Literature

A case of agenesis of the dorsal pancreas associated with diabetes mellitus and dilated biliary trees was reported. Preoperative diagnosis was made by endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography and computed tomography.
