Necrotizing ruptured vaginal leiomyoma mimicking a malignant neoplasm
Leiomyomas are common benign uterine tumors. However, the incidence of vaginal myoma is very rare and may be confused with a variety of vaginal tumors. We report a case of 43-year-old nulligravida who presented with a protruding painful vaginal mass for 7 days.

In the presence of the uterus, it is rare that vaginal intraepithelial neoplasia (VAIN) alone exists. We described our experience with a case in which VAIN3 was found in the vaginal fornix without lesions in the uterine cervix. She had cervical intraepithelial neoplasm (CIN) 1 several years ago. After that, it disappeared.
