p16/ki‐67 dual stain triage of individuals positive for HPV to detect cervical precancerous lesions
Abstract p16/Ki‐67 dual stain is a biomarker‐based test that can identify oncogenic transformation in cervical cells with higher sensitivity than cervical cytology, using the same samples taken for human papillomavirus (HPV) testing and liquid‐based cytology.

Through isolation and transcriptomic profiling of granulosa cells, we identified the functional significance of lncRNA NONHSAT233728.1 in polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) pathogenesis. Knockdown of lncRNA NONHSAT233728.1 in granulosa cells elevated ROS levels, reduced the Bcl2/Bax ratio, downregulated phospho‐ERK1/2, and increased IL‐8 secretion. These

ABSTRACT Liquid‐based thin layer cytology (TCT) and HR‐HPV detection are the most important screening methods for cervical cancer. These two methods have limited sensitivity and specificity, so some cervical lesions are still missed or misdiagnosed. This paper mainly discusses the value of P16 protein detection in cervical cancer screening.
