Flagellins as Vaccine Adjuvants and Cancer Immunotherapy: Recent Advances and Future Prospects

Flagellin interacts with TLR5, resulting in the formation of homodimers and the recruitment of MyD88, which activates the IκB and MAPK signalling pathways.
