This study establishes a comprehensive framework for MXene‐based bioinks in 3D bioprinting, highlighting the interplay between rheological engineering and electroactive hydrogels. By optimizing electrical percolation and mediated signaling, these formulations drive tissue‐specific biological outcomes and accelerated regeneration.

Dual‐Stimuli Responsive Poly(N‐acryloyl glycine) Microgels: Investigation of Network Structures and Application for Loading and Release of Biologics

Poly(N‐acryloyl glycine) hydrogel microparticles were fabricated via droplet‐based microfluidics and in situ photopolymerization. Rheology and MQ‐NMR revealed pronounced effects of pH and Ca2+ on network constraints and chain mobility, governing extensive swelling.

Adipocyte‐specific NIK depletion enhances energy metabolism and glucose tolerance in mice

The FEBS Journal, EarlyView.
Obesity is associated with reduced energy expenditure and increased hepatic lipid accumulation. This study reveals that loss of NIK in adipocytes stimulates FGF21‐driven expression of thermogenic genes, including UCP1, and mitochondrial uncoupled respiration.
