Olcostephanidae (Ammonoidea) from the upper Valanginian Taraises Formation (Durango State, Mexico)
Cretaceous Research, 2014Abstract In this work we study Hoplites symonensis Bose, 1923 which was previously assigned to various species, some of which were considered as new taxa. Bose defined two taxa using the specific name of symonensis which can be assigned to the genus Olcostephanus.

Magnetostratigraphy and Biostratigraphy of the Valanginian in the Crimean Mountains
2019Preliminary results of the study aiming to construct a magnetostratigraphic scheme of the Valanginian of the Crimean Mountains are presented. Paleomagnetic and petromagnetic data were obtained on oriented samples taken from 363 stratigraphic levels of 10 sections in East and Southwest Crimea.

Biostratigraphy of the Valanginian in Sverdrup Basin, District of Franklin
1977A sequence of Valanginian rocks was studied in the part of the depocentre of the Sverdrup Basin, now occupied by Amund Ringnes and Ellef Ringnes islands. The about 500 m thick Valanginian sequence is represented mostly by the upper part of the Deer Bay Formation.
