Following high dose rate brachytherapy (HDR‐BT) for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), patients were classified as responders and nonresponders. Post‐therapy serum induced increased BrdU incorporation and Cyclin E expression of Huh7 and HepG2 cells in nonresponders, but decreased levels in responders.

A Polytropic Approach to Semi-relativistic Isothermal Gas Spheres at Arbitrary Temperature
We use standard polynomial expansion technique to show the existence of a relation between polytropic model and the description of gas spheres at finite temperature. A numerical analysis is made concerning the obtained perturbative parameters.
