Does Small Dam Removal Affect Local Property Values? An Empirical Analysis [PDF]
This paper uses hedonic analysis to examine the impact of small dam removal on property values in South-central Wiscosin. Data on residential property sales were obtained for three categories of sites: those where a dam is intact, those where a dam was ...

A Non‐Reciprocal Architected Porous Medium
ABSTRACT In several fluid flow, energy‐dumping, and energy‐harvesting applications, a dominant flow direction or dominant resistance direction is desirable. In this study, we propose a simple modular geometry that doubles flow resistance in one direction relative to the opposite direction, while maintaining laminar viscous flow.
