VALUE STREAM COST ANALYSIS IN THE ROMANIAN FOOTWEAR INDUSTRY [PDF]

open access: yesSEA: Practical Application of Science, 2015
Once the Lean philosophy is developed and implemented to all levels in a company, a new accounting system appears: Lean accounting. Value Stream Cost Analysis is the main and the most powerful instrument of Lean accounting. Because of the fact that VSCA allows us to identify the company’s performance at the proper time, we can rapidly intervene to make

Optoelectronic Synaptic Devices Using Molecular Telluride Phase‐Change Inks for Three‐Factor Learning

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Optoelectronic synaptic devices based on solution‐processed molecular telluride GST‐225 phase‐change inks are demonstrated for three‐factor learning. A global optical signal broadcast through a silicon waveguide induces non‐volatile conductance updates exclusively in locally electrically flagged memristors.

THE ACCOUNTING VARIABLE AND STOCK PRICE DETERMINATION [PDF]

open access: yes
Several tests have been conducted to determine which valuation model best fits stock price data. Given very little success, those studies suggest the need for a clear understanding of the market process of stock price determination.
