CV XYZ is a company engaged in the production of factory machine descaling products and is still experiencing product defect rates that exceed the company’s quality standard of 5% per month. Based on production data from October to December 2025, the average defect rate reached 7.20%, with leaking jerry cans identified as the highest defect type at 37%.
