Realization of Direct Linear Relation Between Control Voltage and Resonance Frequency of the LC Voltage Controlled Oscillator [PDF]
The main problem of traditional LC ( L represents the inductance, and C represents the Capacitance) Voltage Controlled Oscillators VCOs, is the non-linearity relation between the tuning control voltage and output resonance frequency, which is caused by ...

Large-signal varactor measurements
A simple method of measuring the large-signal parameters of a varactor diode for parametric-amplifier and harmonic-generator applications is described. These large-signal parameters and the conventional small-signal parameters are used to calculate the performance of the diodes in an X-band parametric amplifier.
