Variable order nonlocal Choquard problem with variable exponents [PDF]
In this article, we study the existence/multiplicity results for the following variable order nonlocal Choquard problem with variable exponents (- )_{p(\cdot)}^{s(\cdot)}u(x)&= |u(x)|^{ (x)-2}u(x)+ \left(\DD\int_ \frac{F(y,u(y))}{|x-y|^{ (x,y)}}dy\right)f(x,u(x)), x\in , u(x)&=0, x\in \mathbb R^N\setminus , where $ \subset\mathbb R^N ...

Creep Characterization of Inconel 718 Lattice Metamaterials Manufactured by Laser Powder Bed Fusion
Herein, the creep characteristics of additively manufactured Inconel 718 metamaterials are investigated. The creep behavior of metamaterials and the effects of microstructural defects are assessed, and the microstructure defects are accurately captured using Kachanov's creep damage model.

Boundedness of fractional integrals on weighted Herz spaces with variable exponent
Our aim is to prove the boundedness of fractional integral operators on weighted Herz spaces with variable exponent. Our method is based on the theory on Banach function spaces and the Muckenhoupt theory with variable exponent.

Variable λ-Central Morrey Space Estimates for the Fractional Hardy Operators and Commutators
This paper aims to show that the fractional Hardy operator and its adjoint operator are bounded on central Morrey space with variable exponent. Similar results for their commutators are obtained when the symbol functions belong to λ-central bounded mean ...

Flexural Behavior of Bidirectionally Graded Lattice
An experimental study of the bending behavior of bidirectional body‐centered cubic lattice beams is conducted in comparison to uniform and unidirectional counterparts of electron beam melted SS 316 L. Experimental results are used to develop and validate a finite element model which is subsequently used to conduct parametric studies to assess the ...

A Note on Variable Exponent Hörmander Spaces [PDF]
[EN] In this paper we introduce the variable exponent Hormander spaces and we study some of their properties. In particular, it is shown that is isomorphic to (Omega open set in and the Hardy-Littlewood maximal operator M is bounded in extending a Hormander's result to our context. As a consequence, a number of results on sequence space representations

A Variational Beam Model for Failure of Cellular and Truss‐Based Architected Materials
Herein, a versatile and efficient beam modeling framework is developed to predict the nonlinear response and failure of cellular, truss‐based, and woven architected materials. It enables the exploration of their design space and the optimization of their mechanical behavior in the nonlinear regime. A variational formulation of a beam model is presented

Making tau amyloid models in vitro: a crucial and underestimated challenge
This review highlights the challenges of producing in vitro amyloid assemblies of the tau protein. We review how accurately the existing protocols mimic tau deposits found in the brain of patients affected with tauopathies. We discuss the important properties that should be considered when forming amyloids and the benchmarks that should be used to ...
