Objective Despite knowledge that health outcomes vary according to patient characteristics, identity, and geography, including underrepresented populations in arthritis research remains a challenge. We conducted interviews to explore how researchers in arthritis have used equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) principles to inform their research ...

Objective This study aimed to identify the top 10 international research priorities for musculoskeletal health of people with generalized joint hypermobility. Methods A three‐round Delphi method using an online survey was implemented. Three participant stakeholder groups were eligible for inclusion: (1) people with lived experience of joint ...

Blow-up phenomena for a pseudo-parabolic system with variable exponents
In this paper, we consider a pseudo-parabolic system with nonlinearities of variable exponent type \begin{align*} \begin{cases} u_t-\Delta u_t-\operatorname{div}(|\nabla u|^{m(x)-2}\nabla u)=|uv|^{p(x)-2}uv^2 & \mbox{in}\ \Omega\times(0,T),\\

Real interpolation with variable exponent
We present the real interpolation with variable exponent and we prove the basic properties in analogy to the classical real interpolation. More precisely, we prove that under some additional conditions, this method can be reduced to the case of fixed exponent.

As many patients with inflammatory arthritis (IA) have chronic pain, understanding how to best assess and manage pain in IA is a priority. Co‐morbid depression is prevalent in adults with IA, affecting 15 to 39% of people. Whilst pain and depression are thought to be associated in IA, this concept is largely based on cross‐sectional data.

Central BMO spaces with variable exponent [PDF]
In this paper, the central BMO spaces with variable exponent are introduced. As an application, we characterize these spaces by the boundedness of commutators of Hardy operator and its dual operator on variable Lebesgue spaces. The boundedness of vector-valued commutators on Herz spaces with variable exponent are also considered.

The variable exponent Bernoulli differential equation
We investigate the realization of a Bernoulli-type first-order differential equation with a variable exponent. Using substitution methods, we show the existence of an implicit solution to the Bernoulli problem. Numerical simulations applied to several examples are also provided.

Variable Exponent Fock Spaces [PDF]
In this article we introduce Variable exponent Fock spaces and study some of their basic properties such as the boundedness of evaluation functionals, density of polynomials, boundedness of a Bergman-type projection and duality.
