Abstract A 14‐year‐old male Yorkshire Terrier presented with vomiting, lethargy and anorexia. The dog had congenital absence of testicles in the scrotum and unilateral cryptorchidism in the right inguinal region. Physical examination revealed inguinal swelling and tenderness.
