Superior mesenteric vascular occlusion
The American Journal of Surgery, 1957Abstract The treatment of superior mesenteric vascular occlusion has been discussed. Ten cases of mesenteric vascular occlusion are reviewed. All the occlusions were of the superior mesenteric artery or its tributaries. Seven patients were surgically explored and five underwent intestinal resection.
