First-in-human spinal cord tumor imaging with fast adaptive focus tracking robotic-OCT [PDF]
Current surgical procedures for spinal cord tumors lack in vivo high-resolution, high-speed multifunctional imaging systems, posing challenges for precise tumor resection and intraoperative decision-making. This study introduces the Fast Adaptive Focus Tracking Robotic Optical Coherence Tomography (FACT-ROCT) system, designed to overcome these obstacles

Electric Pulse Regulated MXene Based Nanozymes for Integrative Bioelectricity Immuno‐Cancer Therapy
MXenzyme‐mediated bioelectricity cancer therapy (MXenzyme‐BECT) enhances cancer cell death through irreversible depolarization, ion channel disruption, ROS generation, and immunogenic cell death. Computational simulations reveal the electrical mechanisms by which MXenzyme acts on single cells and support to predict treatment parameters. Next‐generation

Autonomous Guidewire Navigation for Robot-assisted Endovascular Interventions: A Knowledge-Driven Visual Guidance Approach [PDF]
Autonomous robots for endovascular interventions hold significant potential to enhance procedural safety and reliability by navigating guidewires with precision, minimizing human error, and reducing surgical time. However, existing methods of guidewire navigation rely on manual demonstration data and have a suboptimal success rate.

Multi‐Scaled Cellulosic Nanonetworks from Tunicates
Microbial and plant nanonetworks of cellulose have enabled a wide range of high‐performance yet sustainable materials. Herein, a third class of cellulosic nanonetworks is showcased by exploiting the only animal tissue‐producing cellulose nanofibers, i.e., ascidians. An ultrastructure including spherical cells and a microvasculature with diameters of 50–
