Efficient CRISPR/Cas9‐mediated knockin of reporter genes in rats at ROSA26 by pronuclear microinjection

We optimized a CRISPR‐mediated genome editing method for generating knockin (KI) rats through zygote microinjection, covering zygote harvesting to timed microinjection, which consistently yielded KI rats. Additionally, we established four fluorescent reporter lines at the ROSA26 locus.
