Vector C: A vector processing language
Abstract The language Vector C is a superset of the conventional (scalar) programming language C with extensions to facilitate vector processing. The design goals and a methodology for performing language extensions and the extended language features of Vector C are presented.

EXOSC10, an essential nuclear RNA exosome‐associated 3′‐5′ exoribonuclease, is inhibited by the anticancer drug 5‐fluorouracil (5‐FU), and EXOSC10 depletion increases 5‐FU sensitivity. The colon‐cancer variant EXOSC10S402T, located in a proteolysis motif, is stable and nuclear but nonfunctional in vivo.

Vectorization, Obfuscation and P4 LLVM Tool-chain [PDF]
This thesis broadly focuses on three different areas: Loop Vectorization, Code Obfuscation, and P4LLVM compiler. The work in Loop vectorization starts with a comparison of Auto-vectorization of GCC, ICC and LLVM compilers and show their strengths and ...

CIN85 is highly expressed in osteosarcoma, particularly in metastatic lesions. Its overexpression increases cell migration and Matrigel invasion, while silencing CIN85 suppresses these behaviors. Transcriptome analysis shows that CIN85 regulates MMP2, COL3A1, and Akt/mTOR signaling. Targeting these pathways reverses CIN85‐induced motility, highlighting

User-directed Vectorization in OmpSs
In the recent shift to the multi-core and many-core era, where systems tend to be heterogeneous even at chip level, SIMD instruction sets and accelerators that exploit parallelism in a similar way are coming into prominence in new multiprocessors and ...

Here, we demonstrate that HS1BP3 interacts with Cortactin through a proline‐rich region (PRR3.1) and show that this interaction, and HS1BP3 itself, promote cancer cell proliferation and invasion. Inhibition of this interaction leads to build‐up of TKS5 in multivesicular endosomes and altered secretion of CD63 and CD9, providing an explanation for the ...

The spooky ghost of vectorization
An interesting mechanism for the formation of hairy black holes occurs when a vector field, non-minimally coupled to a source term, grows from a perturbation of the vacuum black hole, \textit{aka} vectorization.

Radiotherapy (RT) response depends on the DNA repair capacity of tumor and host cells. We show that circulating tumor cell (CTC) counts and apoptosis rates before and after RT predict treatment response and outcome, which can be accessed via easily accessible liquid biopsy approaches.
