ALD Derived Li2O Layer Stabilizing Solid Electrolyte Interphase of Silicon/Carbon Anodes for Lithium Storage

A durable solid electrolyte interphase (SEI) is essential for mitigating the mechanical fracture and interfacial instability of silicon anodes under strong electrochemical‐mechanical coupling.
