Endothelial GPR68 is identified as a critical regulator of collateral artery growth in peripheral artery disease. Genetic and pharmacological evidence demonstrates that GPR68 integrates hemodynamic cues to drive monocyte recruitment and inflammatory remodeling, thereby promoting collateral arteriogenesis and tissue perfusion after ischemia ...

ABSTRACT Mast cells (MCs), key innate immune sentinels at the host–environment interface, serve as primary responders to invading pathogens. However, their specific contribution to host defense against cutaneous Candida albicans (C. albicans) infection and their synergy with other immune and non‐immune cells remain poorly understood. Here, we show that

Paraventricular CRF neurons in the hypothalamus project to glutamatergic neurons of the spinal trigeminal caudal nucleus, enhancing neuronal activation and CRFR2 signaling. This pathway increases CRF release and excitatory drive, promoting central sensitization and migraine‐related behaviors. Targeting the PVN–SP5C circuit provides a potential strategy

Vehicular Ad-hoc Network & Exploration Plugs
Different sorts of networks can now be implemented in a variety of settings thanks to recent developments in communication technology. VANET, which stands for Vehicular Ad-Hoc Network, is a specific type of network. It falls under the category of Mobile Ad-Hoc Networks (MANET) and presents unique challenges as it enables smart communication between ...

Cer24:1 levels are reduced in neutrophilic asthma and inversely correlate with disease severity and airway neutrophilia. Restoring Cer24:1 suppresses pathogenic Th17 differentiation by engaging EP2 on CD4+ T cells, thereby dampening the JAK2–STAT3–RORγt axis and reducing IL‐17 production.

Vehicular Ad Hoc Network Mobility Model
Indonesia is one of developing countries with high land traffic density. This traffic density could cause traffic jam, traffic accidents and other disturbances. This research had developed a simulator that could calculate the traffic density of roads in urban areas.

We studied how five common immunosuppressants behave when delivered directly to a transplant site instead of systemically. Using a vascularized implant for islet transplantation, we show that local delivery protects grafts, limits drug spread to the rest of the body, and produces distinct immune signatures.
