Acute brain injuries are characterized by extensive tissue damage, resulting in debilitating deficits in patients. Despite considerable progress, cell‐based approaches have yet to identify an ideal candidate. This long‐term study explores the use of an untested cell source – human enteric glia – and a non‐invasive administration route – intranasal ...

A Covalent 3D CNT@rGO Nano‐Hybrid for High‐Efficiency Conductivity in Lithium‐Ion Batteries
A facile one‐step CVD strategy achieves high‐yield (7692.31%) growth of CNTs on rGO, forming a covalently bonded 3D CNT@rGO hybrid. This structure enables multidirectional conductive networks in LiFePO4 cathodes, delivering superior rate performance, high ICE (99.88%), and 96.32% capacity retention after 300 cycles at 1 C.

A significant number of promising applications for vehicular ad hoc networks (VANETs) are becoming a reality. Most of these applications require a variety of heterogenous content to be delivered to vehicles and to their on-board users. However, the task of content delivery in such dynamic and large-scale networks is easier said than done.

Vehicular Backbone Network Approach to Vehicular Military Ad Hoc Networks
MILCOM 2013 - 2013 IEEE Military Communications Conference, 2013We consider a tactical command center that issues broadcast data message flows for dissemination to all vehicles traveling as team members of a convoy, or along a multilane linear road segment. We propose a networking protocol which uses location aware data to identify and elect certain vehicles that reside at preferred locations to act as relay nodes,

Vehicular communication networks are a type of network in which vehicles and roadside units are the communicating nodes, providing each other with information such as safety warnings and traffic information. As a cooperative approach, vehicular communications can be more effective in avoiding accidents and traffic congestion, rather than each vehicle ...
