Facile Single‐Nanocomposite 4D Bioprinting of Dynamic Hydrogel Constructs with Thickness‐Controlled Gradient

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study presents a novel and facile thickness‐modulated 4D bioprinting approach using a smart bioink made of gelatin, GelMA, and MXene. Leveraging computational models, it creates living constructs with programmable unidirectional and bidirectional curvatures under a single UV exposure.

Bioactive siRNA‐Based Liposomes Promoted Tendon‐Bone Healing in Osteoporotic Mice by Recovering the Stemness of CD248+ TSPCs

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
In this study, it is found that osteoporosis leads to disturbances in the Extracellular Matrix (ECM)of tendons and thus causes a decrease in TSPC stemness, resulting in a rotator cuff that is easily damaged and prone to retearing after repair. Targeted intervention with si‐CD248‐loaded liposomes can restore TSPC stemness, promote tendon‐bone healing ...

MXene‐Integrated Printed Piezoresistive Flexible Sensors: A Breakthrough in Real‐Time Monitoring for Medical and Smart Applications

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A chocolate‐inlaid Ag@waffle‐structured MXene is synthesized in this research via template‐directed growth strategy (WSM‐A8). The pressure sensor prepared with the WSM‐A8 presents the highest ΔI/I0 response intensity among the reported MXene‐based piezoresistive sensors with satisfactory sensitivity, outstanding structural stability, and superior ...
