Hybrid Transcatheter Pulmonary Valve Replacement With SAPIEN S3 Following Right Ventricular Outflow Tract Reduction Using Tricuspid Annuloplasty Rings. [PDF]

open access: yesCatheter Cardiovasc Interv
ABSTRACT We describe a novel variation of hybrid TPVR using a tricuspid annuloplasty ring which can be considered for patients with very large RVOT, short pulmonary artery, and limited vascular access and to avoid the risk of cardiopulmonary bypass. The utilization of Carpentier‐Edwards Physio Tricuspid annuloplasty ring can reduce the size of the RVOT

Ventricular Tachycardia Ablation in Patients With Severely Decreased Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction

open access: yesJournal of Cardiovascular Electrophysiology, Volume 36, Issue 7, Page 1579-1587, July 2025.
ABSTRACT Background Ablation of ventricular tachycardia (VT) is often performed in patients with structural heart disease. Procedural and delayed enhancement cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (DE‐CMR) characteristics among patients with very severe cardiomyopathy (CM) and without left‐ventricular assist devices (LVAD) have been incompletely described.

Non‐Endocardial Radiofrequency Ablation of Premature Ventricular Complexes (NERA‐PVC): Safety, Efficacy and Outcome

open access: yesJournal of Cardiovascular Electrophysiology, EarlyView.
Non‐endocardial radiofrequency ablation of PVCs is a safe and effective procedure, even with the use of high power and/or long duration RF application. Clinicians should consider this approach in case of LV summit and/or ASV PVCs, although long‐term follow‐up is still characterized by a relatively high recurrence rate.

Isolated right ventricular outflow obstruction: A unique phenotype of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy with review of literature

open access: yesIHJ Cardiovascular Case Reports, 2019
Biventricular outflow obstruction in hypertrophic cardiomyopathy is an uncommon phenotype. A rare variant is that with isolated right ventricular outflow obstruction without resting or provocable pressure gradients within the left ventricular cavity.

Ivabradine Use in Premature Infants With Accelerated Idioventricular Rhythm

open access: yesJournal of Cardiovascular Electrophysiology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Introduction Ivabradine has been recently introduced to treat focal atrial tachycardia and junctional ectopic tachycardia in children. Its use for treating ventricular tachyarrhythmias, specifically accelerated idioventricular rhythm (AIVR), remains limited.
