This study found that only two‐thirds of patients were managed in accordance with national guidance for C‐spine trauma, with younger patients more likely to have X‐rays rather than CT. Inappropriate imaging carries radiation dose implications and delays in care with subsequent risks, particularly where immobilisation is utilised.

An Analysis of CT‐Guided Percutaneous Core Needle Biopsy of Tibial Lesions: How Successful Are We?
ABSTRACT Background and Objectives Core needle biopsy (CNB) is commonly used to diagnose bone tumors, but characteristics of tibial lesions may affect its diagnostic performance. We evaluated the diagnostic performance of CT‐guided CNB for tibial lesions, factors associated with diagnostic success, and outcomes of nondiagnostic biopsies.

Prevention of Early Onset of Breast Cancer With Ashwagandha
ABSTRACT Prevention of breast cancer is feasible because many risk factors for this malignancy are known (e.g., family history, reproductive factors, etc.). Medicinal plants and/or their bioactive phytochemicals are attractive for the prevention of early onset of breast cancer due to their generally favorable safety profile.
