Določitev odklonov navpičnic iz geoidnih višin : Determination of deflection of the vertical from geoid heights [PDF]

Deep‐UV (258 nm) femtosecond pulses enable uniform amorphous silicon writing on Si(100)/(111) with a six‐fold larger fluence amorphization window than NIR methods. Optimized fluence and overlap yield 20–45 nm uniform and continuous amorphous layers. Microscopy shows sharp interfaces, and real‐time reflectivity reveals nanosecond melt–resolidification ...

Enhancing ultrasound transmission through an aberration layer exhibiting mismatched impedance with the surrounding medium possesses great implications in imaging and treatment. In this study, we show that a space‐coiling acoustic metamaterial with judiciously tailored structural profile can help improve impedance matching.

COMPUTING DEFLECTIONS OF TOPOLOGICALLY OPTIMIZED BEAMS
In civil engineering, computing deflections is a fundamental step in the structural design process. However, most structural optimization codes do not directly compute or evaluate displacements in the resulting optimized structures. In that context, this

Architecture‐Driven Sensor Stability in Weft‐Knitted Engineering Textiles
Textile‐integrated sensor architectures are systematically compared to evaluate their electromechanical behavior under combined mechanical and environmental loading. Pocket‐based integration exhibits stable and reproducible signals, whereas tunnel‐based routing shows higher sensitivity accompanied by increased variability.

Deflections of the vertical and geoid heights from gravity gradients
In the 20th century more than 60000 torsion balance measurements were made in Hungary. At present efforts are made to rescue the historical torsion balance data; today 24544 torsion balance measurements are available for further processing in computer ...
