Control of Bacterial Attachment on Macroporous PDMS/Paraffin SLIPS With Varying Lubricant Viscosity
Advanced Materials Interfaces, EarlyView.Slippery liquid‐infused porous surfaces (SLIPS) prepared from macroporous PDMS, infused with medical‐grade paraffins, were systematically investigated regarding the correlation of viscosity, surface corrugation, bulk porosity, and bacterial resistance. Substrate porosity was found to dominate lubricant stabilization and the antifouling activity.

Two‐Way Shape Memory Polymer Composite Gripper for Adaptive Robotic Applications
Advanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.A two‐way shape memory polymer (SMP) composite is developed with intrinsic shape‐changing capability driven solely by temperature, eliminating external actuation loads. Embedding the SMP in a low‐stiffness elastomeric matrix enabled reversible transformations during heating and cooling cycles.
