The Stability of the Vertical Oscillations of a Body in a Dynamic Potential Well
International Applied Mechanics, 2000The authors study vertical oscillations of superconducting magnet suspended in the gravitation field in the dynamical potential ``well''. This well is formed due to the magnet motion under the discrete structure of short-circuit contours placed along two-cable line. It is shown that the motion is stable.
