GCs reduce Parkin, leading to ACSL4 accumulation and PUFA‐phospholipid‐driven ferroptosis in BMSCs, which impairs osteogenesis and promotes adipogenesis, causing GIOP. Parkin restoration (via OE‐Parkin or Parkin‐LNP@DSS6) ubiquitinates and degrades ACSL4, inhibiting ferroptosis, rescuing bone formation, and rescues GIOP bone loss.

Nephrocalcinosis in very low birth weight infants.
To determine the incidence and risk factors of nephrocalcinosis in preterm infants, we studied in a prospectively 64 preterm infants of birth weight :5 1500 g from February 2006 to November 2007. Data were collected on gestation, birth weight, gender and family history of renal calculi, respiratory support, and use of nephrotoxic drugs.

Contributors to Dysbiosis in Very-Low-Birth-Weight Infants
The objective of this commentary was to analyze the causes and outcomes of gut microbiome dysbiosis in preterm infants who are born at very low birth weight (VLBW). The intrauterine development of VLBW infants is interrupted abruptly with preterm birth and followed by extrauterine, health-threatening conditions and sequelae.

A soft hybrid multi‐wavelength PPG wearable acquires neonatal signals. Synchronized PPG and invasive ABP data are segmented into fixed windows. A 1D‐EfficientNet model predicts segment‐level SBP and DBP. Model performance is examined with retrospective subgroup analysis across acquisition conditions.

Prevention of human milk-acquired cytomegalovirus infection in very-low-birth-weight infants
Background The aim of the study was to determine the rate of cytomegalovirus virolactia in the human milk (HM) of mothers of VLBW infants, compare the CMV infection rates and the changes in CMV DNA viral load and nutrient profile among different HM ...

m6A‐Driven Pexophagy Triggers Placental Ferroptosis to Impair Fetal Growth Upon Environmental Stress
Prenatal environmental stress exposure promotes m6A modification to drive PEX2‐dependent pexophagy, thereby causing placental ferroptosis and FGR. ABSTRACT The role and underlying mechanisms of placental ferroptosis in fetal growth restriction (FGR) induced by environmental stress remain poorly understood.

A three‐tier livestock multi‐omics framework resolves four typical analytical pitfalls. Moving from statistical association through machine learning preprocessing to triple‐modal causal inference, it converts omics results into genomic selection and gene editing strategies to achieve One Health, underpinned by multi‐omics data, multimodal sequencing ...
