The comparative histochemical investigation of bats??? diaphragm in Vespertilionidae and Rhinolophidae families has been fulfilled. Statistically reliable differences in the structure of bats??? diaphragm have been established. The indicated differences are connected with the different degrees of using the antiorthostatic position by bats.
