Ship‐Based GNSS Tsunami Detection: Pilot Network Demonstration

Abstract We demonstrate the potential for ship‐based GNSS systems to contribute to tsunami warning. We built a pilot network of 10 ships—8 commercial and 2 research vessels—equipped with a tsunami detection package consisting of a geodetic‐grade GNSS antenna and receiver, and satellite internet communications.

Multifaceted Immune Effects of the Scavenger Receptor CD36 on Long‐Term Outcomes After Neonatal Arterial Focal Stroke

In neonatal mice, both stroke and direct TLR2 stimulation elicit pronounced but partially distinct CD36‐dependent gene expression profiles in the choroid plexus. CD36 mediates leukocyte trafficking through the choroid plexus and immune cell presence in the brain parenchyma after direct TLR2 stimulation and stroke in a context‐dependent manner.
