Role of SoxE transcription factors in development and disease

A pilot randomized controlled trial comparing McKenzie and stabilization exercises for non‐specific neck pain in females aged 18–50 years: Effects on proprioception, pain, disability, and deep neck flexor endurance

This pilot RCT compared McKenzie and stabilization exercises for non‐specific neck pain in young females. Both interventions significantly reduced pain and disability while improving proprioception and endurance, with comparable efficacy across most outcomes, though McKenzie showed superior left rotation proprioception.
