Improving institutional memory on challenges and methods for estimation of pig herd antimicrobial exposure based on data from the Danish Veterinary Medicines Statistics Program (VetStat) [PDF]
With the increasing occurrence of antimicrobial resistance, more attention has been directed towards surveillance of both human and veterinary antimicrobial use. This study suggested the instability of Adriamycin (ADR) in aqueous solution as the main contributor to large ADR dose variations in literature of the ADR‐induced mouse model of focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (FSGS). We confirmed that freshly prepared ADR solution dosed at 10.5 mg/kg to be optimal in reliably producing FSGS pathology in BALB/c mice

Large-scale Generative Modeling to Improve Automated Veterinary Disease Coding [PDF]
Supervised learning is limited both by the quantity and quality of the labeled data. In the field of medical record tagging, writing styles between hospitals vary drastically. The knowledge learned from one hospital might not transfer well to another.
