Rapid Formaldehyde Detection Using an Aminosilane‐Functionalized Polymeric Sensor

A novel, nonporous hybrid polymeric membrane was synthesized via photopolymerization for rapid and selective detection of formaldehyde. This robust organic–inorganic sensor exhibits an ultrafast 50 s response time and excellent reusability over 250 cycles, making it a reliable tool for monitoring formaldehyde levels in food‐contact packaging materials.

Preparation and characterization of an acrylated‐coumarin‐containing photo‐crosslinked thiol‐ene network: Investigation of the free‐volume, thermal, UV, and photoluminescence properties

Acrylated coumarin‐containing polymeric films were UV‐cured via a thiol‐ene click reaction. Free volume properties were analyzed using PALS both below and above Tg. A‐Coumarin additives reduced segmental mobility, lowering free volume fraction and raising Tg.
