Macromolecular Materials and Engineering, Volume 309, Issue 5, May 2024.A dimer diamine‐based autocatalytic polyol (TETRAOL) is synthesized with 100% atom economy. TETRAOL is synthesized in a one‐pot and one‐step reaction. Bio‐based foams are prepared by using TETRAOL and vegetable oil‐based polyols. Polyurethane foams display good thermal and mechanical properties.
